When we speak of truth and the truth hurts.
That is the truth about The Truth in life.
In particular statement, this principle some would heard of - "When you know the truth, the Truth shall set you free" & the individual will not be the captive of their thoughts, emotions; they will be alot "freedom" having healthier cognitive states, better body or health & higher energy level to cope better of The Truth in life. Not moving in & out of acceptance & not being able to let go. Observation and reflection on these truths in order to let go of our grasping and holding on; one of the way to see things in different perspectives, thus changes the consequences. Consequences of thoughts life, changing the consequences of life with different set of perspectives & embracing making the best out of the Truth in life.
There are some of us, do not understand what this statement means in a deeper meaning in life. Many would agree in general that human like to see what they want to see, hear what they want to hear. Things are beautiful or in a facade so as long it does not get in their ways as such to hinder them. However, many times, what we see are not what it may seemed to be and what we heard may not be what it is.
There are many of us retract or withdraw to the inner world as not be be hurt as Truth as mentioned would hurt. Truth is confrontational, truth is ruthless, truth is no nonsense, Truth is clear, Truth is direct and Truth is insensitive towards emotions, it does not care about whether the individual is able to handle it or not.
There are individual who are afraid or fearful, difficulties to face it after many struggles through pains, totally shaken or broken down of the individuals' perspectives, values & belief system.
For example Truth is like an alarm sounding in life for life improvement, life changes,for life transition in life or seperation in death. When it first started, it seems to be hostile, unfamiliar to what the individual knows about life, this causes trembles, anxiety, worries or fear etc.; usually with a mixtures of emotions.
Case studies
An individual is diagnosed with terminal illness or an individual denying the fact of the broken relationship, which leads to seperation. The process of loss is obvious, the letting go and accepting the fact or truth wasnt there at the instance. Individual in such situation go through deep suffering and going through a journey only themselves would understand. There may be are complicated anxiety, fear, worries, denial, anger, frustration and the list would go on & on.
Truth in this particular situation of illness are a bit difficult for the individual to accept as the individual losing capability to do things on their own.
Truth are not easy to handle, truth stares into the eyes of the individual and it take great courage for the individual to face it. How would one able to face the truth happening "internally and externally?". What are the crucial factors in identifying and understand oneself? Would it be too late to do such preparation in the face of such crisis or should one have deeper contemplation pertaining to it?
